Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another form of proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants; custom-made products, including special orders or personalized items; and personal care products, including beauty products.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days of receiving the final item, without providing a reason.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
